A Night To Remember (Live)

After 5 studio albums, it's time for Evergrey to draw a line in the sand and record an live album. Recorded October 9, 2004 in Gothenburg in the concert hall in Storan Theatre - a more than 160 years old place with great acoustics.

This can easily be considered a best of Evergrey played live with some help - they have a string section playing on "When The Walls Go Down", Tom S. Englund is assisted by Carina Kjellberg on "For Every Tear That Falls". And the female backround vocalists give most of the tracks a nice touch.  And no matter if you're a fan of their straight forward power metal, their more progressive stuff or maybe the symphonic material, you will get what you wish for ... because this is an excellent selection of their best songs played live.

The sound is great, the performance is equally good and I can't wait to see the show on DVD, because one thing is to capture it soundwise, but with the addition of images, then I am pretty confident it'll be an awesome experience and thankfully the whole concert will also be released at a later stage on DVD.

So no matter if you are a fan of their early stuff, later stuff or all of it, this is a great live show from one of the coolest power metal bands around ... 19 songs and a short intro are on offer on this 2-CD set, so you get full service here ... get it now!

Recommended tracks: “She Speaks To The Dead”, "Nosferatu", "Recreation Day" & “The Masterplan”
