Album number six from the German band DEW SCENTED, and if Thrash Metal is not your thing, stop reading, because “Issue VI” is a pure Thrash-attack!

DEW SCENTED starts blazing with 200 miles pr. hour with the first track, “Processing Life”, one of the highlights on this release. - Fast, merciless and with a stunning riff, DEW SCENTED rips your body apart in a way that only Slayer and Kreator are capable of. This Thrash Metal attack continues on track two, “Ritual Of Time”, which opens with a great, great riff and you just HAVE to bang your head to this stunning track while the music is thundering out of the speakers.

The first 4 tracks have quality written all over them, but then this album somehow dies a little… There is some very fine riffing and playing on the last 8 tracks, but in my opinion DEW SCENTED cannot maintain the high standard from the first 4 tracks. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a bad album and if you’re into Thrash Metal, there is a perfect opportunity to discover a quite good band.

Recommended tracks: The first 4.
