this German band has one of the coolest names in metaldom (heeeeavy,
jawohl!), Cryptic Wintermoon's second offering doesn't exactly leave a
mark in the sand. You can't say that they do anything wrong here, the
production is fine, the platter is by no means bad - it just doesn't
break new ground and there is nothing surprising here. There are
screams, speed and harmonies in abundance, but it's all been done
better by Dimmu Borgir since the release of "Enthrone Darkness
listened to this CD seven times now, and I still fail to remember any
of the tunes. To me, that's not REAL quality. It's simply not catchy
enough (for lack of better word).
