Black Steel was formed back in 2000 in Perth, Australia. They have released two EP’s Battle Call” & “Relentless Force”, and one full-length album “Destructor”. They have supported such legends as Deep Purple, Judas Priest and Metallica.

This is like being back in the eighties, dragons and orcs on the cover, song titles like “Relentless Force”, “The Holy Devil” and “Death or Glory” just to pick a few.

Even the music and the production sounds like we are back in the eighties, so if you are looking for a Dream Theater like production and guitar breaks every two seconds, this Is not the album you are looking for.

But if you’re into Omen, Manilla Road and old Megadeth “Hellhammer” is a must have, tracks like the fast “Annihilate”, the Manowarish “Relentless Force” and the two power ballads “Up Against the World” and “Live for the Fight” are simply world class.

“Hellhammer” delivers everything for the old school freaks, Speedy, Mid-tempo, epic tracks it’s all here. So there is only one thing to do, support this great band.

Recommended tracks: “Relentless Force”, “Up Against the World”, “Live for the Fight” & “The Holy Devil”.
