These Swedes know exactly how to play dirty old school based death metal. With the typical D-beat tempos and the crunchy riffs it all sounds so familiar. The vocalist even sounds like Lars Petrov and the music has a dirty sound. Dismember, Unleashed and Entombed are main influences and I have to admit that I like it. Even Celtic Frost riffs can be heard in for example "To Spill Her Blood", one of the slower tracks on this album. The singing line in "Funeral Fire" is interesting, it sounds almost similar to Slayers "Chemical Warfare".

With old members of Edge of Sanity and Marduk in the line-up, things can't go wrong. I don't think I have to use more of your time to finish this short review. Fans of authentic Swedish death metal will love this. It's dirty, brutal, has the right groove and sounds like a real nineties death metal album. Like an ever flowing stream they follow the left hand path where no life dwells.
