Rob Rock is the producer of Gavin Rossdale's first solo album. The ex-Bush frontman's disc doesn't really belong on this site, but I will try to get this album a shot anyway.

The songs are perhaps private and well written, but the lack of energy and groove makes this a dry and boring history. Alternative Rock or Pop Rock is the right definition of the sound. Gavin is most known to me as Gwen Stefani's husband (since 2002) and he plays a lot of tennis. I found three tracks, where I didn't press the skip button immidiately. 'Can't Stop the World', 'Frontline' and 'Another Night in the Hills' are OK, the rest of the songs on the tracklist will soon be in my trash can. Weightlessly and monotonous, without enthusiasm and vigour.

If you are a Bush fan you will find this interesting.

I recommend give this one a serious listen before you buy...
