Holy Satan, I think we have no less than a new, rising star on the Danish death metal scene right here!

The five-piece Fall Of Pantheon hail from Copenhagen, Denmark and have released one EP - which I haven't been presented to, but nevermind that - it seemed to be enough practise for the death metal youngsters. The current EP, 'The Shadow Envelops All', is a blast of death metal. Dawn of Demise, Suffocation and Nile come to mind when listening to this, and like their peers, this young band convinces with an ability to hammer out technical and blisteringly efficient death metal.

For me, this is one of those releases where you listen to the first few seconds of the first songs, and you just know that things are going to be good. Can't wait to see if these guys can also cut it live. Very, very cool promo!

You can grab the EP on Spotify.
