Their sixth album is very impressive, because it isn't easy to make a new album that has to compete with your own legacy. "Mental Funeral" and "Severed Survival" are albums many musicians are influenced by and you have to top them.

Well, fortunately they developed their style and since their come back in 2009 they still do. Chris Reifert growls, shouts and grunts everything apart and his sickened voice fits perfectly. The music is a beautiful mix of doom and death. Throughout the songs you will hear elements of Bathory, Entombed, Benediction, Paradise Lost and this all melted together in very variable tracks.

Autopsy has created a brutal album that has to impress everyone in the death/doom genre, it doesn't get a lot better!
