The full blood glam rocking stars from Norway are back with a promising album 'Wall Street'. Wig Wam's is a band that gives you exact what you expected and more. This is hard rock in the top level that make you glad and happy. No sadness or annoyances here. Positive energy, brilliant melodic melodies and a strong vocalist in 'Glam' (Åge Sten Nilsen).

The hit song comes direct in the opening & the title track 'Wall Street'! It had the same effect as the alarm bell in the morning, rise and shine baby! In the cool, half funky track 'OMG! (Wish I Had A Gun)' it get grainier and rougher; with great riffs and guitar hooks. The pompous and bombastic 'Victory Is Sweet' makes you want to stretch your back and be a proud hard rocker, who do not fold down towards the routine radio music. The songs on 'Wall Street' swings from pure glam rock over to deeper AOR and into a touch of melodic metal, so the blend is refreshing. I love it anyway.

In 'Bleeding Daylights' the guitars are more toned up and with it's sturdy riffs and solos that you will have the honor to enjoy. The Beatles inspired song 'Tides Will Turn' is a calm and gentle sure-card track. The mixture of the funky rhythm and sparkling guitars and the classy vocals makes me want to have this album on a high volume on every summer party this year. The development continues for these Norwegian guys and the peak of the curve seems to only rise and rise. This is a hard rock album that grows with each listening and Wig Wam is a band that stepped up one or two rock divisions.

This is the best album from Wig Wam so far. I really hope that they will be on a festival near you, if so get there!

Fans of 'The Poodles', 'H.E.A.T', Electric Boys' or 'Danger Danger' will absolutely find WW's new album
worth buying.
