Recorded on their X tour, more precisely on September 10th 2010 at The Downey Civic Theater in Downey, CA in the US of A. Spock's Beard kicks the show off by playing all of, with the exception of "Their Names Escape Me", their latest album "X" (Disc 1), along with the mandatory drum and keyboard soli, which have always been an integrated part of a Spock's concert as well as a few classics (Disc 2).

Almost all of their recent tours have also been documented on live albums and/or DVD, so what makes this release something worth picking up for the hardcore Spock's fans is off course the first disc. I like the package and think this live album is their best one since "Don't Try This at Home - Live", and I am sure many will agree with me on that one!

Spock's Beard shows on these two discs that they are still a force to be reckoned with both live and in the studio, the songs off "X" work very well live. But live albums are for the fans only, and some like them while others hate them. I think this one is one of the better live releases lately and if you like live albums and Spock's Beard then I suggest you pick this one up...
