In 2010 there was suddenly a new chapter of producer Tom Galley's Phenomena called 'Blind Faith'. Within 2 years there is yet another album called "Awakening". Like on the other albums he has once more found a bunch of good musicians, all of which have earned their stripes already. Martin Kronlund (Gypsy Rose, Dogface) on guitar, Tom Harlan guitars and keys, Imre Draun on drums, Henrik Thomsen on bass and Per Aronson-Andersson was responsible for Hammond and keys on "Stand Up For Love". Other additional musicians are: Carl Anthony Wright, Christian Wolf, Tommy Denander, Mike Slamer, Magnus Karlsson (all guitar), Mat Sinner (bass), all Coldspell members and Steve Newman (guitars, backing vocals and keys).

But what makes the songs nice to listen to are the different singers he recruited; Toby Hitchcock, Rob Moratti, James Christian, Ralf Scheepers, Mike DiMeo, Terry Brock, Niklas Swedentorp and Chris Antblad all perform on a song and Lee Small twice. Tom Galley is capable of writing good melodic hard rock tracks and with the right singer it all sounds very well. Music in the style of  Survivor, Journey, Overland, FM, etc. Rather commercial refrains, easy to sing a long and rather radio friendly. Sometimes a tad heavier like in the song "Shake" where the guitars are more up-front. In the last song "Stand Up For Love" the JAVA Gospel Choir makes their appearance and because of that it almost sounds like a church gospel song.

All in all a good melodic hard rock album with a perfect production and a bunch of well written songs.
