FeedForward is not the first female fronted metal band from Holland, nor will it be the last. This bunch of metal freaks has their roots in the more progressive end of the spectre and mixes their style nicely up with a solid input of melodic metal. The result is a fine piece of metal, that shows their potential.

Some of you might have stumbled across them earlier on; they have previously released an album "Barefoot & Naked" (2006), a single and two demos, but this is their first one with new vocalist Patrice, who has a strong voice that fits their music style very well.

The problem I have with this album is that  even though everything is well played and well produced it never really stands out, the technical abilities are in place and they are capable song writers, but the little spice of something special is missing.

But don't let that stop you from giving this band a chance because there are glimpses of something better...
