At Powerofmetal.dk we have the policy that every hardcopy needs to be reviewed. In theory it happens sometimes that you have to review a band that isn't really your cup of tea. Nightbringer is one of them. When it comes to Black metal, I appreciate the more melodic bands like Dimmu Borgir and Cradle of Filth, the more orthodox and fierce ones are too much for me.

This American band has chosen to play orthodox, fierce, blasphemous fast black metal. The vocals are as they need to be for this genre and the music brings indeed hell to your house. No, this is not what I like, but for this genre these Americans have made a nice record. Fans of Watain, Emperor and Marduk will certainly appreciate this. I would have rated this one with 40 points, but when I listen to it, trying to judge this one by comparing them with other genre mates, the above rating is more than fair.
