The most undervalued band from the soil of Greece is without a doubt Fatal Morgana. Steel Gallery put the first 2-song demo '95 + 'Windfall' Unreleased MCD '96 out for the first time on CD. The vocals of Louie Hatzimichalis have similarities with the vocalists of Queensryche and Fates Warning. Musically the band has influences of both these bands too. Other bands they are influenced by are Heir Apparent, Conception and Sieges Even.

Of course there are weaker parts in their music, you can hear that the music is a little bit older and that also counts for the production. Also the vocals are not always clear, especially in the higher regions they are even a bit false, but that does not alter the fact that this band was very talented back then. Especially fans of albums like 'Operation Mindcrime', 'Parallels', 'No Exit' and 'One Small Voice' will find a lot to enjoy.

It didn't completely stand the test of time, but it is far from redundant too.
