An English 4-piece that has already released an EP called 'The Heathen Throne' back in 2008. The English press was rather positive about this EP and band, although that doesn't have to say a lot; sometimes they are too positive about their inhabitants. This time however they told the truth.

The music sounds rather old-school, but has a certain groove and modern breakdowns. They add the necessary melody at times and with the riffs Alex Butler produces this is a good album. Besides producing nice riffs, Alex takes care of the vocals too. He has a nice low grunt and puts in some variety. Because of the melody in the songs it doesn't sound brutal all the time, but this is just what the songs need not to sound-a-like each other. I think that fans of Benediction, Entombed, Edge of Sanity, and old In Flames will like this, but also those who like Illdisposed or even perhaps Carcass (riffs). Fans of groovy death metal with a bit modern touch know what to do.
