An interesting 2 CD set of previously unreleased demos and of course the original demos to the songs that would eventually make out the 3 original WINGER albums.
The first thing that strikes you is that these demos sound REALLY good! Kip and Reb may have used a drum machine on a track or two but the raw energy of the initial compositions is widely caught live on these demos.
Having pointed that out, it’s clear that you would have to be quite the WINGER fan in order to fully appreciate these demos.
These are recordings for the collector and not a whole lot more than that!
