After the two great albums “Fist for Fight” and “Primo Victoria” a couple of European tours one of them with Edguy, the expectations surrounding Sabaton’s new album “Attero Dominatus” is very high. But don’t worry the new album is just as good as “Primo Victoria”.

Sabaton continues with their epic power metal but “Attero Dominatus” is a bit more melodic than “Primo Victoria”. But besides that all are kept in the usual Sabaton tradition no ballads, no speedy tracks just nine epic tunes.

Songs like the slow “Rise of Evil”,  “Back in Control” and “Light in the Black” is world-class power metal with blazing guitars and great choruses. The production and the cover artwork by Mattias Nóren (Evergrey, Lost Horizon, Mago de Oz and many more) are also top notch.

The panzer battalion is back.

Recommended tracks: All.
