Not so sure what's so essential about this album? This is a fine collection of the ballads from Jeff Scott Soto's 3 solo-albums - "Love Parade", "Prism" & "Lost in the Translation" - as well as 3 new, previous unreleased tracks.

This is the kind of album you can put on on an evening where you invite over the girlfriend, light some candles cook a nice meal and open a bottle of wine - and she won't hate or even notice the music. But if you are looking let out some steam, then this isn't the album you'll put on.

Really not that exciting, sure Jeff Scott Soto belongs among the best hard rock vocalists around, and he proves just that on this album - but who does need a 16 tracks collection of ballads? Not me, and I am sure this album won't be visiting my CD-player very often...
