Listen and learn! This bunch of genre veterans show with this album that it is still possible to create a great melodic rock using the good old formula: You need a strong rhythm section - Jeff Kent (bass) & B.J. Zampa (drums) - an outstanding guitarist - Jimi Bell, who is capable of playing melodic licks and riffs as well as blistering leads, and last piece to the puzzle is a great vocalist - and James Christian shows all the up and coming vocalists just how great a hard rock singer he is.

Showing that all you need are those four key elements - just like the good old days, when a band like Dokken did just that. Well in all fairness, off course there are keyboards on here as well, after all the band was founded by Gregg Giuffria, who has helped the gang out on this album as well...

13 of the best melodic rock songs from over there I've heard in a very, very long time - something for everyone if you are into good melodic rock. US style melodic rock that kicks ass, and I was really surprised when I heard it for the first time and simply had to push "play" again...

Welcome back House of Lords - a must for fans of this genre, and the rest of you, do you a favour and take a listen...
