man behind Deacon Street Tommy Denander has managed to get almost an
who's who in melodic rock/AOR to take part on this second album from his
Deacon Street project: Stan Bush, Christoffer Cross, Jeff Watson (Night
Ranger), Steve Morse (Kansas, Deep Purple), Rob Beach (Winger, Dokken),
Bruce Gaitsch (Richard Marx), Thomas Vikström (Talk of the Town),
Andreas Novak, John Fahlberg (Jaded Heart), Bobby Messano (Fiona), Bill
Leverty (Firehouse) among others...
So
to say the basics are in order goes without saying, and this fine
collection of melodic rock / AOR songs should give every fan of this
genre chills down the spine just reading the guest list. But no worries
the songs stand strong and they will surely please fans a lot.

"Action" and 2 instrumentals. 55 minutes of entertaining rock
- my personal favourites are the cover-version, the rather fast "(Kill
us) On another Day" and the wonderful ballad: "I Give This
Promise".
All in all an OK album for genre fans that I suggest
you'd check out if you like the first album and/or any of the
bands/artists listed above.
