This is A Perfect Circle's political statement on war!
This is a cool collection of anti-war songs, and APC offers their versions of the following songs:
John Lennon - “Imagine”
Elvis Costello - “(What’s So Funny ‘Bout) Peace, Love And Understanding"
Marvin Gaye - “What’s Going On”
Black Flag - “Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie”
Depeche Mode - “People Are People”
Devo - “Freedom Of Choice”
Fear - “Let’s Have A War”
Memphis Minnie - “When The Levee Breaks” (made famous by Led Zeppelin)
Joni Mitchell - “Fiddle And The Drum”

The album is kicked off with a spoken words song called: “Annihilation” (original by Crucifix), before we are offered the songs listed above along with 2 brand new A Perfect Circle songs. This release is all about the lyrically contents, and the music sort of becomes secondary. That said, they have made some really cool versions of the songs, and have managed to give them all the special A Perfect Circle feel to them!

Tool and A Perfect Circle fans can buy this album without hesitation, and I think the idea should appeal to a lot of other music-fans ... I like the album, it's not as brilliant as their 2 "original" albums, but absolutely worth a listen ...

Recommended tracks: "Imagine", "People Are People" and “When The Levee Breaks”
