SAVAGE MESSIAH – kick off festival season and shows with Exodus!

SAVAGE MESSIAH are about to kick off the festival season starting with their show at Download Festival this weekend, followed by Graspop Metal Meeting and Hellfest later this month. In between the festival shows they will be supporting thrash metal giants Exodus on their European tour, starting today with a sold out show in Paris!

Frontman David Silver comments, “We kick off our run of summer shows with Exodus today and the band can’t wait to get back out on the road. For a band like ourselves coming out of the ‘new generation’ of metal bands, we consider it an incredible fortune that we’re able to share the stage with bands such as Exodus or in the past Overkill, Testament, Armoured Saint etc…because those guys are the originals, they started this whole thing and they’re still out there stronger than ever. When we were starting out, listening to their records, trying to emulate their riffs and attitude it would have been pretty inconceivable that we’d be invited to play with these bands! So it really does mean a lot to us.”
