IN COLD BLOOD (EX INTEGRITY, RINGWORM)
-NEW TRACK PREMIERE ‘SLIPPING INTO SENILITY’
-‘LEGION OF ANGELS’ ALBUM OUT 8/23 via FAST BREAK RECORDS
Brooklyn Vegan has premiered Slipping Into Senility a new track from In Cold Blood this morning. A sludgy metallic barn-burner from some of the musicians who helped to define the holy-terror sound synonymous with Cleveland.
Vocalist / guitarist Blaze Tishko revealed that the song has deep emotional context for him as well saying I wrote the lyrics about my grandmothers descent into dementia. I never knew my father and my mother made some decisions that pushed her children away but my grandmother was everything to me. She was my rock and to see my rock dissipate in front of me was a tough pill to swallow.

This is the second track premiere from the forthcoming album Legion Of Angels which will drop via Fast Break! Records (Lionheart, Wisdom In Chains) on August 23rd. Another track entitled No More Lies recently premiered via Revolver Magazine (link below).
Legion Of Angels will be the first official full-length album from the group since 1998s legendary Hell On Earth. Forming in the mid to late 90s, In Cold Blood initially included members of Integrity, Ringworm and Mushroomhead groups known for doing ugly music beautifully. Adding to the legacy of the band is that Legion is one of the last albums to be recorded in the infamous Mars Studio with Bill Korecky.

About In Cold Blood:
With a violent attack on the human condition, Cleveland legends In Cold Blood make it clear, that they have returned to settle unfinished business.
Formed in 96 to combat popular hardcore trends, the band have consistently grown to avoid the pitfalls of hardcore.
“Legions Of Angels” writes a devastatingly dark new chapter that stays true to the bands legacy, with shredding solos and the chainsaw riffs- creating a fresh auditory brutality that feels like pure pain and destruction.
This album easily represents their most dynamic work since their debut release on Victory Records in 1998 (featuring Jay Popson of Mushroomhead).
For fans of Integrity, Ringworm, Type O Negative and All Out War!
Please note that there will be an exclusive Europe-only color on the vinyl pressing of “Translucent Gold”, limited to 100 copies!
