“Closer
to Home” is a two track demo from a very promising Danish Metal Band
called KODE. The
songs are called “Decision” and “Closer to Home” and they are
not groundbreaking in any way, but
they are still quite good. Bands like Machine Head, Fear factory and
Tool comes to mind when I
listen to this demo. The music is very heavy but “melodic” too. The
vocals changes from clean to growls. This

really do think that KODE; Christian Campbell (vocals), Frederik Mols (drums),
Michael Frimand (bass), Thomas
Seierø (guitar) and Dennis B. Andersen (guitar) deserves to be heard.
Now it’s up to you out there…
fans and labels to give this band a chance. I will not give a rating
based on 2 tracks, but in my opinion the music is good so do check this
