Euphonic is a young German Power Metal band they founded the band back in 2001, their first demo “Tale of Darkness” was released in 2002.

The “Fate in Disguise” demo was released in December 2005 and contains six tracks; two of them are actually an Intro and an Interlude.

The first track “Encased” is a melodic mid-tempo song with some thrashy riffing, “Desperate Deed” is a speedy Power Metal tune, but the singer Nicolas Inhofer suddenly turn in to a Death Metal growler and that’s not really my cup of tea.
Third tune “ Egypt ” are a mid-tempo song with some progressive inputs.
Last track “Keeper of the Flame” are without a doubt the best song on “Fate in Disguise”
Fast Power Metal like Sonata Arctica and Rhapsody, this song really shows how great the potential of Euphonic is.

Hopefully the next Demo will feature more tracks like “Keeper of the Flame”.

“Fate in Disguise” comes with a great cover artwork and fine production, it can be ordered on the bands Website for only 5 Euros + shipping.

Recommended tracks: Egypt ” and “Keeper of the Flame”.
