If
there isn’t a deal heading in the direction of these five Danes
real soon, then there is no justice to be found in this cruel
world.
Their
demo offering contains three titbits of death metal (also
downloadable from the band’s website). The tracks are tight,
brutal and really varied. There’s little doubt that the lads
have been listening to Suffocation at some point, but there are
also elements more modern thrash of the more technical kind in
there, which gives the whole thing the final touch of class.
It‘s
fantastic to hear a voice like frontman Scott Jensen’s – there
is no trace of a doubt that there is next to no Pro-tools touch up
of his massively brutal voice. He’s got the most bad-ass vocal
chords I’ve heard in a long time.
