There are many reasons to drink a beer. Some drink a lot because they like it,
others because they are unhappy and some to get happy. After the 5-1 win over
Spain, I had a reason to drink one or two also, but there was yet another reason,
namely the new Tankard album.
Their beerthrash with the title 'Rest In Beer' (R.I.B.) is again a typical
Tankard album. Everything is there, the melodic catchy thrash riffs combined
with humorous lyrics, but also some songs with serieus topics. Gerre shouts
everything together with his recognizable voice and what these Germans always
realize on a new album is that there are no fillers. "Clockwise to Deadline"
with its fast rhytmn and contagious refrain is one of my personal favorites.
I will not take anymore of your precious time, this is again a good album, so I
would advice you to get your own copy and have a beer.
