This Italian thrash combo doesn't bring in anything new. The barking vocals with reproduced riffs, which we have heard many times before from bands like early Sadus, Sepultura, Merciless, Kreator or Morbid Saint. All the debut albums from the bands I just mentioned top this album by Omnivore. Sure I hear that they have fun in playing this style, but everthing sounds too ancient, even the production. The Sepultura cover "Arise" doesn't save them either, a lot of bands still rehearsing in their garage or cellar will play an equal version any time of day.

I read a few rather positive reviews on the internet, but I don't know where the hype about this band comes from, they do not bring anything new and the songs don't stick for a moment. A short review for a short album.
