This is the second album by this band formed in 2010 by ex Imagika guitarist Steve Rice. The songs on the first album were a little bit too progressive and complex. They changed that for a part on this new album and because of that the songs are easier to listen to. Still a little bit influenced by the Bay Area thrash bands, but with lots of U.S. power metal influences. The riffs are still rather thrash oriented, but the songs are full of melody sometimes reminding of times when Metal Church and Vicious Rumors ruled.

First song "The Eyes of Medusa" starts a bit like a Grip Inc. song, but with more melody. "Hair Trigger" has a funny sing a long part and that works contagious. With "Never Get Me" and "Ride into the Night" they serve two songs that combine Megadeth influences with typical U.S. metal. Vocalist Josh Gibson has a voice you either love or hate, for a few his sound will be a little too much in the high regions. The serene start of "Just Another Sin" shows that Josh can actually sing very well. "My Little Sister" has a typical Judas Priest riff and is a normal heavy metal track. If you like the debut album, I don't think this new one will give you any problems, if you broke your leg over the complexity of that album, you will like this one better.

The thrash/heavy metal combination on the album works for me, but I still have to get used to the singing. I'm still not sure if I have to like or hate it.
