This band from Poland describes their music as progmetal, and sure you can name it that way, but don't think that it has any musical matches with Dream Theater or bands in that genre.

The music isn't easy listening stuff, it has a doom/death base but with a lot of dreamy atmospheric pieces. Guitarist Piotr Stepinski is also responsable for the grunting vocals. He has a very low and slow style of grunting which reminds me a bit of the first album of The Gathering. Besides that there are also clean vocals and some female singing every now and then.

After a (too) long intro, the song "Newborn Sun" sets off. A track that starts soft, but turns heavier half way. The song has some strange alien sound effects, which make it rather different from the lot. "Portraits" is up next and starts with a tribal intro, the almost whispering grunts give the song a very dark and melancholy character. "Prayers" is a softer song, with every now and then a heavier piece. Most of the songs are very variable and because of the adventures music not always easy to listen to from start to finish. The balance between heavy and atmospheric serene soft pieces is about fifty-fifty and you have to be a fan of that. For me there could have been a bit more heavy parts, but that's just me.

Imagine a musical mix of Anathema, Rush, The Gathering, Opeth and Cathedral and more.... If that sounds good to you, check them out.
