The icon Alice Cooper had a
renaissance back in the mid-2000s when
the albums 'The Eyes Of Alice Cooper'
(2003) and 'Dirty Diamonds' (2005) was
originally released. When he returned to
his garage rock roots and a bit noisy,
trashy Detroit rock sound. Armoury
Records has re-release these two albums to
the price of one and if you are a very
big fan of Alice Cooper and missed this
era of his career, you have a
opportunity to complete your collection
with these albums.
Cooper is one of the most productive
rock-musicians I know of and he has
almost released an album every year and
he recorded 'Dirty Diamonds' in just 13
days, only to get the 'back to the basic
into the garage sound'. Every album from
the chock-rocker is not a happy
marriage. These two albums aren't
something I will choose when I list,
best rock albums ever. Catchy
old-fashion American rock 'n' roll without
any specialties.
If you like the dusty and raw rock sound
from the old days and missed these two
disc from the horror-rock legend, this
is maybe a good investment?
