A Road To Damascus is a new, young Danish modern rock band with splashes of pop/punk. Think Green Day and you will know what I mean. Energetic American rock packed in a super tight production and fronted by a strong voice is what's hits me in their strong opening track 'All Said and Done'. Very melodic and groovy start on their second full length album.

One of my favourite songs is the humble and beautiful pearl 'Different Eyes' with a adult tempo and great drum work! 'Turn of the Story' has some really nice melodies and the strong vocals from Mikkel is amazing in this tune. 'Home Is Where My Heart Was' is a fantastic ballad with radio-hit abilities. A beautiful little gem.

The following song 'The Only Way' is a modern rock/pop song with a stylish drum performance... I like the joyful track 'With All Due Respect', which is a positive song with strong energies. A Road To Damascus plays rock/pop music, which gives you tailwind when you rides your bike to school or work. Another nice song is 'Trash What's Broken' with some small progressive twists in the rhythm.

Young and fresh rock music packed in a chewing gum package with flavours of strawberries. If you like stiff modern rock with ink stains of pop, this is surely fun to have in your Ipod or on phone. I've been running many miles this summer with A Road To Damascus in my ears...
