Their first album reminded me of Death, I missed their second release and now their third is in my player.

The first thing that is a lot better is the production and especially sound of the drums have improved. Sometimes very fast, but also really impressive in the slower parts. The technical and virtuoso guitar playing of David Davidson is again really impressive. This is one of the better technical metal albums I have listened to lately. There are some surprises too, for example the banjo part in "Invidious" and the Annihilator kind of riffs in "Numbing Agents". Sometimes it gets rather proggy like the track "The Gift You Gave" and the twin lead guitars in "Fracked" are welcome masterpieces. The vocals are rather understandable and well performed grunts.

A very talented band and if you are into technical death/thrash surely an album to try out.
