They're Polish and they mean business. Deadly business. With a solid layer of futuristic sounding keyboards, Hyperial play modern death metal with an attitude, intensity and suitable amounts of brutality and crunchy riffing.
From the very outset, there's little doubt that the Poles are here to crush ears. The six songs of this EP are heavy, brutal and technical of nature. It's for the most part up-tempo, but there's also time for diversity in the shape of breaks and slowing down, something which in my book is necessary to keep things interesting. There's even a funky bass tendency in the song Toxic Secretion of Being as well as a full track of ambience (MMXII - MMXXX)- which is a nice touch!
A listen-worthy second official release from Hyperial - do check it out if you like death metal with a modern sound.
