The metal scene isn't exactly the place to look for nice dressed and good looking guys and a lot of parents will not be jumping up and down when their daughter takes such a guy home. There are exceptions though, just look at the inside of the Demotional CD and you wouldn't have guessed they play in the metalcore scene. Well dressed, with short cut hair looking like a well constructed boy-band.

The music by this Swedish is rather well written metal core with clean singing, harsh vocals, twin guitar soli, and several break-downs. After a while however the variety in the songs is a little too less and the songs are convertible. Only the ballad "Gone" is the exception. The lack of variety in songs doesn't make this a debut that I will keep in mind, but because of the well dressed and rather good looking band members this band certainly will receive some attention.

Girls liking Nickelback will appreciate the clean singing parts and if they get used to the harsh and heavier metalcore parts they will be standing in line for this band. Perhaps we will conclude in a few years that they were the pioneers of a new style called Girlcore!
