The Sunpilots is a completely unknown commodity to me, and according to they info-sheet the should be an original mix of Led Zeppelin, Muse, A Perfect Circle and Pink Floyd. "King of the Sugarcoated Tongues" is their second album and they are just one of many new and rising Australian rock bands these days.

Their style is rooted in the 70s and Led Zeppelin rears it's ugly head on many occasions on this album, and I am sure their songs will rock on stage, because this is music made to be performed live on stage.

I don't get the Muse reference but can agree on the others, and even though this album won't appeal to many of our regular readers, then there might just be a few that like this kind of rock also. But take a listen and judge for yourself, and even though it didn't raise any eyebrows with me it's still a fine album that will find it's fans and "3 Minutes to Midnight" is a really cool rock song.
