My job as a reviewer is to try
and get you metalheads out there, the ones that actually read this lol, is to
give you all are reason to spend your hard earned money. But this time I'm
saying keep it in your pockets, unless you are a die hard OZ fan.
On "Burning Leather" OZ has reordered some classics like "Turn the Cross Upside
Down" & "Fire in the Brain". But they still sound like they were done back in
the 80's. The sound of the whole album is flat, muddy & dull. There is nothing
on "Burning Leather" that will make you go WOW!!. In these days of metal bands
reforming and releasing material I think OZ have missed the boat, especially
when you have such brilliant albums from bands such as Hell etc. Even the tracks
are nothing special and& still suffer from the same poor production.
Only for die hard fans of OZ.
