To
those who like diverse music with multible influences, Greek Litrosis have a lot
on offer with their debut album. The Athenians manage to glue together
semi-proggy synths with thrash and heavy metal riffs, blasting black metal
drumming, great orchestration and, yeah, of course a bit of acoustic guitar and
a guest appearance by Zak Stevens too!
If I were to point out one thing which doesn't work too well, then it would be
the ballad In the Grave You Go Alone. Bordering on cheese, that one.
But as the rating above clearly indicates an excellent release indeed!
