| This is a re-release of Astral Doors second album from 2005 and it was the breakthrough for the band with the big hit 'Evil Is Forever'. On this album did they slow down a bit and went in the heavy, heavy rock division. More Sabbath-like and with darker lyrics made the big festivals look at AD and the European audience discovered these Swedish rockers. For me personally it was with this album I became the first fan in my circle of friends anyway. "Evil Is Forever" is still one of my favorite albums from this era. 'Pull the Break' for instance, is a track that puts me in a very good mood and give me a lot of positive vibes. If you don't have any of the Astral Doors albums, this is a gotta own disc. | ||||||||||||||||||
