Yet with their foundation the Italian trio ALLTHENIKO show an active approach toward their music, they constantly compose and search for labels for their music. They have  clear right-along concept about their sound.

The boys rely on dynamic heavy metal. As being a trio they fill the sound with more aggressive approach but with no sick experiments. For the vocalist and bass player – Dave, Rob Halford is amongst its main inspirations. The melodic singing and the demonstration of high tones are some of the best weapons of the band. The work on the vocal lines is not much detailed, and the vocalist relies on the enthusiasm and in the end the singing of the songs is not diverse and get into one repeated frame. This resemblance stands out in the new album as well as in their previous works including three full-length albums. The drums of Luke are the basis of the dynamics of the band but they also begin to repeat rhythms. The riffs of Joe and the lyrics are the things which try to make the songs individual but with no great success.

Pure Steel Records are protectors of different classic heavy metal bands. This time they believed in ALLTHENIKO, as a band with future potential. „Back in 2066” indeed is a remarkable album and it can catch your attention toward the albums of the Italians. But the repetitiveness sounds unprofessional and the totally unified vocal approaches can bore you too soon. A development of the trio is absolutely necessary! And Dave, as a voice that has the necessary potential, definitely has a lot of work, because it’s superfluous to sing your favorite song with different lyrics.
