Andy Tillison & co. has been working on this album for 2 years and the result is their magnum opus!

It is as simple as that, everything they've recorded up to "COMM" has just been the build up to this album. The pieces to the puzzle finally fit together and the album is a pure please to listen to; complex, intelligent, exciting and epic. "COMM" is a progressive rock masterpiece from the first second with the sound of a dial up modem dialling up a connection to the last seconds; it's packed with many different nuances, emotions, fine details and colours that put together makes it something else.

The lyrically concept is dealing with the positive as well as negative aspects of electronic communications, but it plays clearly second fiddle to the music, which is the real star here. The 70s inspired progressive rock rocks in the right way, floats away on sound waves in others and is perfectly executed by a technically very skilled band, the production is warm and fitting to the style and it all just comes together.

The Tangent has composed an epic prog rock album with no flaws...
