If I had count all metal rock bands from Israel I knew before this little piece landed in my box, the list had been extremely short. But this is a bunch of guy's from the Holy land who plays a good mixture of a melodic hard rock, AOR and progressive rock. It's a well produced album done in the Jailhouse Studio in Horsens, Denmark with Mr Tommy Hansen behind the mixing table and he has made a very solid work of art. Vocalist Leve Laitner really has a unique voice that makes this band stand out from most of the others in this genre and the voice parable is a younger version of Klaus Maine of Scorpions fame. The gentle and smooth guitars and soft singing introduced in the track "Turn Back Time" is turning into a progressive and aggresive style and with nice solo from the guitarist Elnur Aliev and it's in an own style that I like. "Name on the Stone" is a heavy metal track with clear and high keyboard and with nice tempo changes with sound close to Hammerfall in the choruses and strong riffs from the guitars. In the quiet and nice track "The Last Drop" they have many pompous parts and Leve's plenty of space to carry out his notes. Best track on the album is the title track which has all parts of metal that I appreciate. "Tought to Love" is a fun track that does have an easy refrain that gets stuck in the head, but still has a guitar solo as a spice. If you like a metal mixture of Dream Theater and Helloween or are intrested in new rock bands with therir own style this is a intresting album I recommend. | ||||||||||||||||||
