Honest, true old skool heavy metal the Australian way is what Pegazus stands for and always has stood for. They stay true to their beliefs and roots, and "In Metal We Trust" could easily be their mantra. Like so many other true metal acts they wear their influences on the outside, this time the most predominant influence is clearly Judas Priest, followed closely by Iron Maiden, heck there's even a cover version of Judas priest's "Metal Gods" on the album. Pegazus' take on metal was never meant to revolutionize the style or to be original - they just want to have fun, drink beers and play metal all nite long. "In Metal We Trust" is easy listening heavy metal, unspectacular, yet very solid - and Pegazus delivers once more exactly what we all were hoping for and expecting. Rock solid! | ||||||||||||||||||
