Human Zoo plays for
most parts powerful and energetic hard rock, but they do have an additional
edge: they have a saxophone player in the line-up and he does naturally put his
fingerprint on the sound.
I am unfamiliar with their
previous two albums, but this is a very pleasant surprise and it is clearly one
of the better hard rock releases I've had the pleasure of listening to this
year. Their strong and catchy songs really stand out in the hard rock genre; a
true hard rock gem. With roots solid founded in classic rock they have created
eleven memorable, timeless and well produced rock tunes that should please any
hungry hard rock fan.
"Eyes of the Stranger" puts
Human Zoo on the map and I am sure many will be positively surprised with
it, just like me...
