Within a year of their debut album 'Glory to My King' the band Golden Resurrection delivers the follow up. You can't accuse them being lazy. This cooperation between multi instrumentalist Tommy Johansson (Reinxeed) and vocalist and label owner Christian Liljegren was a very fertile one on their debut and they continue that success on this new record. After performing "The Look" (Roxette) and "Money Money Money" (Abba) on Swedish National TV, Tommy got a lot of attention and the 'Swedish Hitz Goes Metal' album reached top positions on the Swedish charts. This will be one of the reasons that this second album is released this fast I guess. You have to strike the iron while it is hot!

They go on with the style they played on their debut. They refined it, wrote even better songs and added more bombastic parts. The guitars are again very neo-classical, but Tommy never exaggerates in playing too virtuosic. There is enough variety in the songs and of course the lyrics are again religious. What else can you expect when you are a Man with a Mission? Since the Divinefire releases I am a fan of Christians singing style and on this album he shows again that he is a good singer. Fans of Yngwie, Narnia, Impelliteri, Royal Hunt, Reinxeed, Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica and Rainbow have to search for some money to add this one to their collection.
