This EP is a welcome piece for the fans, to fill the gap between the second album 'The Reign of Darkness' and the third album planned for 2012. All 4 new tracks are a bit different from their latest album. It is all a little less death metal and a bit more hardcore. Influences of Crowbar and The Acacia Drain are embedded in their music.

Perhaps the die-hard pure death metal fans will not like it, but there is still a lot to enjoy, it is still AoaA. Brutal all the way! If you recognize the title of the last track, you are right. It is a cover and indeed from the band you had in mind. Nice execution of this song in an AoaA kind of way.
