Oh dear... when I listen to a live album I expect to hear a cheering and loud audience but that's hardly the case here one The Poodles live album 'No Quarter' recorded on tour 2009.
Okay... let's be fair, you get to hear the audience here and there but they are completely drowned by the band on most of the songs.
Maybe it’s just me but I had expected a huge party 'cause the songs are here, the catchy riffs are here and the catchy choruses are here but I still feel it’s a kinda thin listening experience.
There's just something that doesn't work for me even though we get some of my very own favourites like; "Metal Will Stand Tall”" and "Night Of Passion".
Fans of the band will suck this release up like a thirsty dog caught in a heatwave but I prefer their studio albums.
For fans only.
