I'll keep this short and sweet. La Famiglia Superstar is not
metal. Not even hard rock to mention it. I have reserved feelings that La
Famiglia Superstar should even been on these pages?? That's how soft & laid
back this album is. Music wise think 70's funk blues rock. Very much like Dan
Reed or Robin Tower.
La Famiglia Superstar are no slouches in the music industry, consisting
of
Terry Ilous - vocals (XYZ), Marco Mendoza - bass (Whitesnake,
Lynch Mob),
Atma Anur ( Journey, David Bowie, Richie Kotzen) - drums & Steve
Saluto on
guitar. So the music itself is very good and well played. But I wished
they just rocked out a bit more, just like on the insturmental
"Visions" But not even a soft cover
of Whitesnake's-Here I Go Again can safe this from the never listen too
again pile.
If you like Terry Ilous vocals then maybe pick this up because he is the
shinning star on La Famiglia Superstar. But music wise this is even to soft for
me.
