Not much to say about this third release from Finland's Gloria Morti, really.
For a fan of old-school death metal with a huge twist of black metal, this one
is a buy that won't be met by regrets.
What makes Gloria Morti a bit different is the underlying use of keyboards. This
shouldn't scare you! By no means. It's adds something that isn't so common and
it is used intelligently throughout the album as are the sampled voices from
politicians and war films. The combo is one of the best out of Finland these
days in my humble opinion.
Fans of Dimmu Borgir, Old Man's Child and the like are advised to try this at
home. Nice one!
