The time warp gizmo has been utilised again. Italian label Punishment 18 really knows how to find bands who capture the spirit of the early thrash days.

Endovein, another Italian bid for the retro-thrash throne, sound like a mixture of Death Angel and Tankard, i.e. straightforward and cool old-school riffing, plenty of double bass drum attacks,  and a lot of humour too.

The major set back in my view is S
tefano
's voice. It's an acquired taste and doesn't quite hit the tone I prefer for my thrash metal. I'd work on this.

Otherwise an approved debut album by a thrash band who clearly have their hearts in the right place and the skills to go far.
